Soldering the rest of the small components

Solder the 1uF and 2.2uF capacitors the same way as the 0.47uF ones. (Orientation doesn't matter.) Again, to avoid mixing up the different capacitors, it's best to only remove them from the packaging one at a time, as you need them.

Solder the resistors the same way as the capacitors. (Orientation doesn't matter for them either.) The resistors should be labelled so you can tell them apart. The 10K resistors are marked “103” (or “1002”) and the 50K ones “4992” (or "493").
